A few thoughts:
- Steven mentions "the RDi hub". No URL is included, and a Google search
for "RDi hub" turns up quite a different website.
- Steve speaks with pride of the team having added refactoring to RDi.
This is a feature that IDEs in the open source space have had for 20 years.
- The whole flavor of the discussion of how development decisions are
made seems to underscore the glacial pace of change in this sector. This is
not specifically the fault of the HelpSystems team, but it illustrates the
trends that militate against customers staying on the IBM i platform.
