Whew. Got everything fixed.

Had to find and manually delete artifacts from InstallationManager 1.9.2
install, in particular those hiding in ~/var/ibm

Then I could reinstall InstallationManager 1.8.7

Then I could reinstall, license, and update RDi.

And now it works.

Only about 5-7 hours lost there.

Hoo boy!
