Okay, we've been through this before but I'm stumped.
1. Can't report bugs directly to HelpSystems
2. Can't get IBM Support to work ("Oops - Service Not Available") even
though I've got a paid RDi license downloaded under my IBM ID from ESS.
What's the trick here?
