Rational Workspace

All of a sudden, my Rational is behaving quite irrationally.

When I start up Rational, it opens two workspaces. The names of the two
workspaces are identical. When I click on Window in both workspaces, both
the workspaces are listed in the section following Preferences. The only
thing I can see that is different between the workspaces is the
Perspectives available in each one. The first workspace has my 3 normal
Perspectives; the second workspace only has one Perspective listed, which
is also listed in the first workspace.

I am running Version: 9.6.0.9 20201112_1147

Has anyone seen this, and does anyone know a way to delete the second
phantom workspace?
