Skip Breakpoints button in debug perspective?

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Breakpoints suddently not working
I've had a recent issue where my breakpoints when working in an entry point are not longer working.
No matter how many times I add/remove disable/enable them when I F8 while in a debugging program they don't hit.
I can F5 step through the program normally (including proving that the lines with the breakpoints are being hit).
I haven't updated or changed anything that I'm aware of.
