I see what you mean... this is almost impossible.

Not sure who had the bright idea to use SSH for debugging and TLS for everything else.
Unless you are well versed in Unix or Linux, SSH is mystery.

That concurs with my observations as well. Debug was the only thing I
found that didn't work, but that was a deal-breaker. We already use
Kerberos (so user/password not a problem), so I decided to live without a
secure connection.

I just opened a ticket. I'll let you know how it turns out.

But it appears to me that RDi uses SSL/TLS for connections involving RSE
etc. But is trying to use SSH for the debugger.
