Either I'm blind (very possible) or it's not obvious, or not there.

I think the iSphere plug-in provides a text decorator to accomplish that.

I used to have a dedicated plug-in that added a text decorator with object description, but I haven't maintained it in a long time and it was primarily a demonstration for my RDi plug-in session at COMMON.
