I understand his requirement and yes we do not support navigating to
sequence number today and that would be a new requirement.
I was just pointing out that the demand and priority for this new
requirement would be lowered by the multiple means of navigating around
the source that are available.
But of course, the customers are always right, and if an RFE is created
and highly voted on, then IBM would be happy to reconsider.

Ctrl-L is going to go to the "Line Number" which is the same as where
you go if you key a number in the prefix area, or key a number in the
action line.

It sounds like he wants to position to the sequence value found in the
SRCSEQ field of the of the PF-SRC file.

Which, if you don't resequence, can be a very irritating sequence of
lines:

000100
000200
000201 <not resequenced on save
000202 <not resequenced on save
000204
000300
000400

If you resequene on save then the 00201 and 000202 lines would be
changed to 00300 and 00400.
