Re: RDi 9.6.0.9 release date

For us we have a special customer number just for the RDi stuff. I don't remember how I first discovered the number. Perhaps I opened a PMR and it got reassigned to the correct customer number? I'm not sure. I'm also not sure if that applies to APAR access.

I have no influence over that stuff, sorry. All I can guess is that the ICN you
provided does not have entitlement to RDI maybe? Is there a help or chat
link on the site - could be that the site support folks could help you.

Mike,

Tried that, however the page only contains 3 different ways to get access, be
a partner, an employee, or IBM Passport Advantage software subscription
and support. We are not a partner and I'm not an IBM employee, so I
thought we would go with the " IBM Passport Advantage software
subscription and support". I put in our IBM customer number, pressed
"Continue", and it re-displayed the "Get Access" page. Next step?
