I tried installing the update from HELP and from Market Place. Both got the error shown below. I tried uninstalling iSphere and that failed. Now iSphere seems to be in between installed and uninstalled. I downloaded the update ZIP file and I can't install the update from there.
How can I uninstall iSphere and start over?
