I'm not sure what you mean. RDi indicates disabled breakpoints. In the left margin, the little square is colored for active and grey for inactive. There's also the "Skip all breakpoints" button in the toolbar. The button shows depressed when that's active. Both of these conditions are also indicated in the Breakpoints view.

Are you using customized themes perhaps?

Why can Eclipse show break points that are DISABLED?

RDi 9.6.0.6 is incapable of showing disabled break-points in the 21st Century? Really?
