I should have clarified that my (negative) comment was related directly to using the portal for other IBM Products (i.e. DB2 WebQuery and others).
Almost impossible to follow a complicated issue...If the post entry is more than a few lines, you have to open each one separately to see it. Try that with a lengthy issue.
Replying to an email doesn't update the case (or didn't)
Receiving an email that says "your case has been updated" without the actual update information is also annoying.
