Today (Saturday 07/27) IBM support for RDI moves to the new support portal.
So if you need to open a new case this is now the place. Existing, open as well as closed, PMRs are being migrated to the new system as I type. I expect that all will be migrated and ready to go Monday morning as you read this with your morning grog.
