Re: RDi drops connection

Since it's a new firewall, have them check the port-sniffer that a lot of
firewalls use now. It looks for traffic on ports that it doesn't know about
and automatically kills the thread.
Had a similar problem before and it turned out to be a network setting
change and that fixed it.
One more place to look......
