I have been having issues with debugging recently, I am not able to run a
SEP on a file in a *PROD library.

RDi version 9.6.0.5

If I look at the launch configuration for the specific SEP I have
configures, Update p[roduction file is checked, yet whenever I launch the
program, it fails with CPF4203 Member cannot be opened while UPDPROD(*NO).

Any ideas?
