iSphere provides complementary tools in the appropriate place, e.g. right-click context menus, menu bar items, RSE subsystems, additional views and editors, etc. So, the extra features have been added where you need them - not in a separate Perspective.

Best way to get to grips with what is available, (and where to find them) is to look at the Help, (HELP > HELP CONTENTS > ISPHERE).
