How do I Retrieve a License Key

We have purchased License keys for RDi from Tech Data, but they can't seem
to tell us how to retrieve the Activation Kit. All they sent us was an
invoice in 400 different languages. Then we purchases a single 12 month
floating license straight from the IBM Website, but I can't find the key
for that either. The Rational Key Center has no record of the orders. This
has been a 3 week process so far, and the folks trying to navigate it are
getting frustrated as no one seems to be able to tell us how to get keys. I
have until Monday until my demo expires.
