RDi "not used" markers -- WDSCI-L

I really like the "not used" markers in RDi, but I'd love to a way to disable individual lines. By that I mean a comment, or some other way, to say "I know it's not used, but don't flag it".

Does that already exist, or do I need to create an RFE?
