The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I haven't used the compile button, but from what everyone is saying is that it performs your last compile options. Could this be happening because a compile (like from a right click) hasn't occurred yet?

Consider making a new connection. It can be the same machine, See if it works there? It sounds to me like it thinks the connection is off-line. Also, maybe click Work Offline, try a compile, go back to Work Online, and see if that unlatches a stuck switch?

I ask and he said the new work space did not correct, verify works but Compile does not. We both work remote and I have not seen this for myself. If I have time today and he does I will ask him to share his screen so I can witness.
