Thanks Jon, I am brand new to "Jing"...

You hear me whispering "click" a lot.... <LOL> I was trying not to disturb my fellow cube-mates. <grin>

My member tab was locked up due to the parser. I can click on menus, view: error-Log and elsewhere. But not the member source tab.

Oh well, a restarted fixed it. No biggie! It happens...

Just thought/assumed that a parser should "Never" lock me out of editing code. OH well, I guess that is how it works. Out of my control, and simple restart clears it out anyway! :)

PS. Checking the error lock after the restart, I found the dread parsing error. So I ***assume*** that was the cause of the lock up.

I forward my *.swf & *.log file to a contact at Help-System to examine later. They are currently on vacation.

Bottom-Line: I definitely had "compile-errors" with undefined variables. Which I *assume* caused the parser to lock up.

Included with the Jing software is a free account at screencast and the upload mechanism is built into Jing. Once you complete and review the capture you either save it locally or upload it - in which case it places the URL in your paste buffer.

My RDI locked up, and unable to close my member tab. Force to Restart
to get it to work. Oh well, I guess that is normal, and I should be

For those of us who don't use Windows it is not terribly useful!

Having looked at it though for me it appears just too complicated for the task. One of the joys of Jing is its simplicity and lack of unwanted bells and buzzers.

Seems to me that ShareX is more of a replacement for (say) Snagit than simple capture tools like Jing.
