Included with the Jing software is a free account at screencast and the upload mechanism is built into Jing. Once you complete and review the capture you either save it locally or upload it - in which case it places the URL in your paste buffer.

My RDI locked up, and unable to close my member tab. Force to Restart to get it to work. Oh well, I guess that is normal, and I should be used to it by now... <disappointment>

For those of us who don't use Windows it is not terribly useful!

Having looked at it though for me it appears just too complicated for the task. One of the joys of Jing is its simplicity and lack of unwanted bells and buzzers.

Seems to me that ShareX is more of a replacement for (say) Snagit than simple capture tools like Jing.
