Ken I am guessing you would know the answer.

In the list of file association I do NOT see .php

I do see PHP Content type in Content Types but there is no option to
associate the file open options in there.

If I right click on a .php file I get;

PHP Editor
Text Editor
_________________
System Editor
Default Editor
Other

How would I add Notepad++ to the list

Windows > Preference > General > Editors > File Associations
