Hi Buck,
Next time you can issue the command NETSTAT on the IBM i, take option 3, and look for an RDI connection.
Look under the port "is-debug-ile".
Take the details (option 5), and you can see the user profile associated with the connection.

The job is always on the system as long as the debug server is running.
