Okay, just asking the question, by chance do you have the break-points disabled?
Try looking at view: "Breakpoints". And see if you have the "Skip all breakpoints" turned on. It is an icon button with a dot and a "/" through it.
Just something to check, although I doubt you did that. Just something to check.
:)
PS. Maybe clear all your break points, and start again fresh...
