Re: RDI 9.6.0.3 Debug does not show Attributes...

I had once opened a PMR on this several releases back. It was fixed a few
releases ago but now appears to be broken again with this latest release.
If you first select the variable and then hover it shows the value instead
of the definition. It's inconsistent. Sometimes you don't need to select it
first.
