Yup, the properties are correct, otherwise I could not send and compile my changes.
Oh well, it is flake-ware, not worth anymore of our time...

I just have to get my job done, and not worry, about flake-ware being "Flaking". Not worth the hassle...

Yes the steps I described do give me back the Remote Actions everytime. Are you sure that your iProject properties are correct? Connection is defined there and source library is given?

Thanks! I tried that, and it does not work in RDI 9.6.0.3, but works
fine in RDI 9.5.1.2.
Does it work for you?
I even created a brand new workspace, and it STILL did not work.
