For me, it occurs on any Enterprise Application of a large size. Let's say over 10,000 lines...
Does not matter if in 20th century punch-card format, partially free, or 21st century 100% free.
My code eventually catches up, but takes an average of 2-7 minutes to catch up.
If not, time to reboot, clear-cache, restart, restart with -clean, create new workspace, etc... Great time Saver! <Sarcasm>

I have seen more parser problems using **FREE.
