That's what I thought too David, but what I wrote was cut and pasted from
the IBM web site. I tried the purchase button, and that was on the page.
Either an error on the web site, or they have changed licensing model.
Seems to me there used to be three license flavors, Authorized User, Single
Year, and Floating. The least expensive was the single year license, and
the most expensive was the floating license. Now there is only Authorized
User and "Floating User Single Year", and the least expensive is the
"Floating User Single Year", though it may not be renewable over multiple
years like the Authorized User license is.

Just to be clear ... a floating license means that the software can be
installed
on any number of workstations, but only a limited number of people can use
