I've seen where a text file is edited with TextPad, since that's the 
associated one now - it edited the one in the workspace and did not push 
it back up - if I use the built-in RDi text editor, it DOES update the 
file in the IFS.

I have not looked for a way to make it work with external editors like 
the way this did - I'm pretty certain I missed something along the way.
