If you've installed RDi 9.6.0.3, the un-install and reinstall should not be necessary. Please try a -clean first.
Go to your launch icon, right-click and select Properties. Then at the end of the Target section, go to the end and add a space and a -clean then press Apply, and OK. Then restart RDi. The process will take a few minutes longer on startup, but it should take care of any lingering memory issues from 9.6.0.2.
After the -clean, you can do the same process and remove the -clean option.
