Time to get updated in my RDi world, so I went to installation manager which is now asking me for a user name and password.  No problem!  I have had an IBM user name and password that hasn't changed since the dawn of time..but it doesn't work.  I can sign into any password protected website that IBM has with the user name and password but not by clicking on  "Update".   So I manually updated installation manager to what I think is current (1.8.9 ?) but still no joy....

I have downloaded the RDi version 9.6 zip files from ESS but as soon as I click "update" in installation manager, I am prompted for my IBM user name and password.  I thought there was a way to unzip the files to a folder and install using IM but I can't get past the prompt.....

Just trying to update RDi...nothing fancy.  But, nothing is easy any more when it comes to IBM websites...
