Yes this is a known limitation. The last one that I am aware of.
Please open an RFE http://ibm.biz/rdi_rfe to get that in.

Thanks for the info. Some of it was converted with CRTRPGSRC. The same
Issue on that code.
Some of our code goes back to 1968. The old adage, if it ain't broke,
don't fix it(change it). Don't have the time either.

Troy, are you talking about RPG III code or RPG IV (aka ILE RPG)

I have a lot of code like this that needs to be maintained. Does
anyone else have this issue.
I'm pretty sure this is a known limitation for RPG III style code.
You don't need to justify to me why it needs to stay in RPG III format;
if you're doing an analysis of vendor code it'll be easier done in RPG
IV form, so CVTRPGSRC into a custom 'analysis-only' library and use RDi
on it there.
If you need to make changes to the RPG III version, open that in a
separate editing pane and you can do side by side analysis / edit. Not
ideal, but you're already standing in Not Ideal Land when forced to work
with 30 year-old source. :-/
