Darryl,

Just for a short recovery, since you did not give a lot of detail:

1.) Close down the outline view
2.) Close down the member.
3.) Restart RDI

After RDI is restarted, which only takes 10-seconds on my PC.

Then try to re-open the outline view. Ctrl+Shift+F5 = Outline view.

Pay attention to the lower right hand corner, which shows the status: "Live parsing XXXXXX (66%)..." or something similar...

Just something to try real quick...

PS. Later, you might want to check your error log, you might have possibly gotten a parsing error. Which is usually a yellow tag on the right hand side of your source member "LPEX" screen...

Just a quick thing to try...

Best of luck to you!

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Something changed in my editor disabling the outline view

My outline does not update and leaves a blank panel. The program is a RPGLE program.

I have tried a few things that I could but I cannot get it to display anything. In addition, there now seems to be a input box "type filter text".

I know this is brief but that's all I have to see.

What would I need to do?

TIA
