Brian, I have just checked my RDi 9.6.0.1.

I have no  "command line interface" section. Nor do I have a "Commands Explorer view". I have checked all of the Show View sections - it ain't there.

I can only suggest you have some other 3rd-party plug-in installed which is providing this View. When you find out, let  the rest of us know - intrigued.
