Is there a keyboard shortcut in RDi to add/remove breakpoints?

I used Ctrl-Shift-L to look at the key bindings. Ctrl-Shift-B /says/ it
toggles a breakpoint, but I think it must be for a different debugger
than ours.

There's no 'Add/remove' or 'toggle breakpoint' available in User Key
Actions.

I poked around in the documentation at
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSAE4W_9.6.0/com.ibm.lpex.doc.isv/api/index.html
and I couldn't find anything that would let me write a User Key Action
to toggle a breakpoint.
