It's not iShpere, the error view has popped up like that for years now.
I've never found a way to keep it out of my face entirely. I run my views
all minimized like you do as well.

We don't have the iSphere plugin here.

Great shame, Dave. The plug-in is so valuable for many, many other
reasons. Is this a choice or a dictate?
I'm not privy to those decisions. Is that plugin free? If it is
free then I can become an advocate for its use. ;-)

Wasn't sure where to move this to. It is RDi related but regards
a different plugin. ;-) Anyway...

Since installing the iSphere plugin, it is a bit of a nuisance
that the Error Log view keeps popping up for almost everything I do in RDi

-- even when there are no errors and it is just informational messages
that are being logged. I tried deleting the view but it still keeps
popping up. Is this normal behavior?

I guess I should also mention, though, that I keep all views
minimized in the left and right borders so that I get the most amount of
real estate for the RSE editor. Thus, it is actually the left-bottom pane

that keeps popping up with the tab for the Error Log view selected.

Any way to keep this from happening? ...or, any way to keep the
Error Log view from automatically adding itself to the perspective? ...or,

other suggestions/solutions? Thanks.

Sincerely,

Dave Clark
