Not sure if everyone knows that there's an exit point available to restrict access to SEU.

The exit point program could be setup to have any restrictions you wanted. You could set it up so PersonX is allowed unlimited access, PersonY is only allowed 5 edits per day, PersonZ is never allowed, etc.
