Steve,

Darn! Does not allow me to change the Brand on the RFE.

I figured it was Web-Sphere as they classify RPGLE in the manuals. <LOL> Same as the old name WDSC. <smirk>

This is software that runs on windows/macs and connects to an IBM i. It did not occurred to me that is it a Server Software. I think of it as "client" software that connects to the IBM i, a.k.a. server.

Oh well, created a Second Ticket. Hopefully it will go through and get TONS of votes!

What developer does NOT want to be able to Zoom In/Out on the Text magnification? Of course next would be each Window "view". But, that is another can of worms.

Ken, the brand should be "Servers and Systems Software" instead of "Websphere". Then use "Developer for Power Systems" for the product.

Steve,

Thanks for trying to help me out, but that is NOT available...

I found an RFE on the DeveloperWorks web-site, which I assume in the place to input an RFE...

PS. Many kudos to the Help-System: RPG Toolbox! I use that EVERYDAY in RDI 9.6.0.1 <Joy Joy>

Ken, the product you want to use for RDi is "Developer for Power Systems". Hope this helps.

Jon,

Using the IBM web-site, I did not find Rational Developer for I on the drop-down.

For "rational", the close thing I found was RAD, as in Rational Application Developer. But, hopefully, IBM will figure it out since I put in LPEX. <Fingers crossed>

It may be too late for you to change it now - but that RFE is tagged as RAD - not RDi.

Hopefully the IBMers on this list will spot that and move it if you can't.
