In the same vein, those hover comments on procedures finds the data type,
but leaves out if the parameter is optional, or allows a constant.

It's cool that the hover box contains what comments may exist above a
prototype (or procedure interface). I notice that comments WITH spec types
on them are not included (like d* This is a comment) but if you leave the
spec type blank they ARE included. I wondered if that was intentional or
if that may change in the future.

I only noticed because I ran into some older source with the color
attributes in column 6 on comments (cause that's legal, you know).
