I call them Fossil-Punch-Card developers. Since they won't let go of their long dead "girl-friend" the Punch-Card-Format.

They are technology resistant, and abhor anything new. They prefer to live in the past with their dead girl-friend.

So, let them. You cannot change those who are technology resistant.
