Been there done that!

You have to run RDi as administrator to add the certificate. Then come out
and run normally to connect. (or at least I think that is what resolved
the issue)

In Terminal run the ExecuteScript in the RDi application package as sudo.
Mine is at
/Applications/IBM/SoftwareDeliveryPlatform/RDi.app/Contents/MacOS/ExecuteScript

So I run this in Terminal:

sudo
/Applications/IBM/SoftwareDeliveryPlatform/RDi.app/Contents/MacOS/ExecuteScript
