Re: IBM support - SQL issue

SQL help seems to be more about which group you request. Programming Languages or Database group. You may get passed between the two of them. I would start with the database group.

In my opinion, the new support portal isn't working very well at all (which doesn't help things).

If you have not received a call from IBM in what you would consider a reasonable time, (remember SEV 1 (system down) times are two hours) then call in again referencing the existing PMR and ask for the duty manager to explain the situation. The duty manager can expedite things if warranted.
