Well crap...

I'm in the habit of placing the procedure's comment's between the p-spec
and the pi lines...

Started doing that back when clicking on the procedure in the outline would
place the p-spec on the top line, thus hiding any comments above.

I was holding off on upgrading while I let all you bleeding-edgers ferret
out the bugs, but, jeez, this is a must-have for me.

Is there a particular format or location that the comments need to be in?
