The hover will show the comments preceding the procedure (or any other
type) declaration up to a non-comment line.

Page 23 in the presentation PDF: Comments now shown in hover (i.e., hover
over a function call, comments from the function appear).

Here, take all my money!

I was holding off on upgrading while I let all you bleeding-edgers ferret
out the bugs, but, jeez, this is a must-have for me.

Is there a particular format or location that the comments need to be in?
