Darren that worked for me. We paid support but my 9.6 license says
Trial. I have to figure out how to get the new license now.

I have a permanent license for RDI. I purchased it online from IBM
somehow
using a credit card. I have a proof of entitlement. How do I get the
latest install?

For 9.5 I think I downloaded the trial, but the notes on the trial this
time say it doesn't include everything?

I have installation manager, and RDI is under IBM software delivery
platform.
