Have you maintained software maintenance on your copy? If it's over a year
old and you did not maintain software maintenance, you may not be entitled
to the upgrade. Most likely the Passport Advantage site is where you need
to go.

I have a permanent license for RDI. I purchased it online from IBM somehow
using a credit card. I have a proof of entitlement. How do I get the
latest install?

For 9.5 I think I downloaded the trial, but the notes on the trial this time
say it doesn't include everything?

I have installation manager, and RDI is under IBM software delivery
platform.
