That is an idea and that sentence is not accurate for macOS.

Although, for new RDi users on Windows, I don't think it's obvious where
to change preferences. The macOS case is simpler in a way because
preferences are in the standard location for the platform.

Tiny complaint James - for those of us not using Windows - Preferences is
NOT under Windows!

I think all RDi users know how to find preferences - so might I suggest
that you simplify things and just modify the text to say "Open RDi
Preferences and expand the Help section ..."
