Yes, the breakpoints are not active while not in debug, but they will
"become active when the debugger picks up the program".

Without debug, you can add break points, and the check-mark with NOT be
there. Because the debug is not active. Just want to point that out....

Because of a lot of others, including myself. I often forget to recompile
my program, so I could have an old break point out there. It is nice for
verification, to verify that you have the latest compile. At least I run
into that....

So, you should only see the check-marks on the break-point when Actually
in debug, not until then...

Nice thing is that RDI can remember my break points from the day before or
the day before. That is awesome in my book! Cool!

I start debugging the job, and it breaks wherever the job happens to be.
I try putting breakpoints in my module, but they're not active (no
checkmark). I tried adding the service program specifically for debug, but
the breakpoints still aren't active and the it doesn't stop there when I do
a run.

Hence the break points...

I add a break point when it is going to stop into the service program, and
then I step into the service program, and then add a break point there.
That works for me every time...
