I'm investigating an issue where a line in a source member *must* have been
changed in the past month, but looking at it in SEU shows the line was last
changed in 2014. I know someone could use SQL or DBU, for example, to
change the line without impacting the SRCDAT value, but we're hoping
there's a less "sneaky" reason, perhaps someone monkeyed with their
preferences in RDi and turned it off. I just scanned through the LPEX
Editor preferences and Remote Systems preferences on my system, but didn't
find anything.

I seem to recall that SRCDAT was not updated in earlier versions of
RDi/WDSC, or perhaps I'm thinking of something else, like Code/400 or
somesuch?
