Sorry to hijack my own thread but...

I really appreciate all the information provided in response to Jack's query. It's great information.

But should refactoring/renaming be taking 30+ seconds to display the popup? If it's normal then I can live with it, but on the other hand if it's taking way longer than others then maybe I have to fix my install.
